Monitoring Dashboard

Learn how the monitoring dashboard increases visibility to your monitoring services.

The Monitoring Dashboard gives you full visibility to your third party monitoring services, including:

  • Recent activities – any activity made by Status users related to monitoring of third parties
  • Requires action – monitoring hits that require action. It is recommended you take action before the next frequency of monitoring
  • Requires remediation – any third party issue or case that requires remediation

There are two monitoring options: Managed monitoring & Unmanaged monitoring.

 

Classification is checked before each monitoring frequency to determine if the
monitoring service will be run. By default, if the third party’s classification is terminated, rejected, aborted, or blacklisted, the monitoring service will not be performed, but you are able include or exclude other classifications.

 

Monitoring Completion

You will be notified once the monitoring frequency of a case is completed. A consolidated email can be sent daily or weekly depending on your preference and cadence of monitoring service selected.

 

Forward Monitoring
We offer this type of monitoring where only new hits will be displayed, based
on the date that monitoring is ordered. Forward Monitoring will exclude past infractions or compliance-related issues which may have been subsequently resolved.
