New Monitoring BI
We have changed the graphs on the Monitoring Business Intelligence page and introduced two new graphs: Number of risks by category and number of cases by status and frequency. Now, you can also download the charts in a CSV format.
Due Diligence Risk by Theatre
We have added the theatre representation to the due diligence: risk by country graph on Due Diligence Business Intelligence page.
Notify Others
You can now notify multiple Status users upon creation of a task or issue. Previously this feature only allowed notifying one Status user.
Access Previously Completed CIQ
During the CIQ recertification process, the third party is now able to access their previously completed questionnaire while completing the new questionnaire.
Notes
Users can now add notes against each risk identified by Status whether from the questionnaire, due diligence, quick check, database monitoring or adverse media monitoring. Notes against QC/Mon/AMM hits are now hyperlinked when displayed on the note tile.
Open on a new tab
Clicking on the third-party name will now open the third-party dashboard in a separate tab. You can be directed to up to 10 new tabs at the same time.
