Upload Status Reports While Assigning Task/Issue

Users can now easily upload any completed Status reports while adding a new task/issue.

Questionnaire BI Export

Users can view an updated Questionnaire BI page with new graphs, filters, and ability to export the graph’s data and the answers in csv format.

Closed Task/Issue Notification

We have added more details to the email notification: “assigned by, closed on and by” when a task/issue is closed.

Send Email Log

A log is now captured when a user notifies recipients of the change in classification via “Send email” functionality.

Automation of Service Cancellation Based on Change of Classification

Clients can choose to automate the cancellation of ongoing cases based on the classification: “inactive” for example. Please contact your Client Success Manager to learn more.

Risk Filter on Due Diligence BI

Users can now filter reports, and third parties based on risk found on the Due Diligence reports.
