What's New in Status: June 2023

Changes to Monitoring Cases Page

We have expanded the list of columns that can be shown on the Monitoring Cases page. You can hide or show the selected columns by clicking on the gear icon. Do not forget to select the columns to be visible if you want to export the fields to an excel file.

Relevant Information Shown on Monitoring Cases Page

Only relevant information is visible on the Monitoring Cases page. Risks are automatically updated based on your decisions. Hits which require your attention, require action, require remediation or where remediation is completed will be shown. You can still access the full list from the New Hits/Total column.

Managed Monitoring Hits

You can now access previous hits from New Hits/Total even if the Blue Umbrella team is still reviewing the new hits (Pending).

Easily Review Findings

We have expanded the filter selection on both monitoring cases and monitoring hits page to easily review the findings.

Changes to Monitoring Hits Page

We have changed the structure of the Monitoring Hits page. The page will show hits by screening date. For example, if a screening doesn’t have any new hits, we will no longer display 0 hits. Also, you can see all hits from previous and new frequencies in one page.

Adverse Media Monitoring

If you have subscribed to both database monitoring and adverse media monitoring, you can now review all hits on one page. If you haven’t subscribed yet and you would like to learn more, please contact your customer success manager.

Third-Party Interaction Count

We are now showing the count on the third-party interaction tile of ongoing, to be re-certified, and completed services. Click on the expand icon to view the details.

Flagged Questions

You can now view the flagged question settings from the confirmation page.

Potential Duplicate Warning

Now, when you edit third-party information, a pop up will be displayed to notify you that there is a potential duplicate of a third-party.
