Assign and Automate
Our Status users now have the capability to change and assign case owners in bulk on Business Intelligence. Users simply need to select the third party, or third parties, in which they want to change the case owner. Not only that, but our users can also automate the assignment of the case owner based on the third-party’s country of operation.
When you’re ready to enable, or change, any automation, simply get in touch with your CSM who will assist your business.
Save Your Time, and Save Your Search
This month also brings with it the ability to save search queries on Business Intelligence. Users can have a variation of saved filters and name them accordingly, for example ‘High Risk Third Party’. This saves our Status users time as they do not need to select the same search criteria every time that they login to the platform.
Being able to save different combinations with our range of filters will save you time, as well as make conducting your third-party due diligence more efficient. You’re not limited to just one saved query, so you can decide which one, or ones, you want to tag as favourites to make them more easily accessible.
