Select the Language While Bulk Ordering
Users can now select the language of the code of conduct, questionnaire, or the corporate documents while bulk ordering services.

One consolidated email will be sent to the respective case owners if cases were ordered on different third parties from the bulk order page.

Super users can now add and edit details of an SSO user via the user management page.

Users can now have the periods dynamically updated when clicking on the saved query.

Users can now filter by additional client fields on the Third-Party Life Cycle Business Intelligence page.

Once a user changes the risk level of the third party, they can either have the system automatically change the risk level, if there is any update OR log the updated risk score and only manually change the risk level.

Users can send a small simple custom questionnaire with two questions to their third parties. The questionnaire can be created from the order page with the following answer type: text area, text box and document upload. Please contact your Client Success Manager to enable the settings.

Clients can opt to automate the cancellation of the third-party interaction service after n (number) of reminders. The n can be configured for the client.
