What's New in Status: April 2024

One User Log

Clients can now view who took action on the Logs page. We have merged both columns “User” and “Other”.

Email Status: Delivered or Sent?

We have changed the first email status from Delivered to Sent for more accurate tracking. It will be updated to Delivered, Bounced, Clicked, etc. based on the delivery success and user’s action.

Cost Code while recertifying

Users can now select or set their cost code while planning their recertification.

Receipt of the Task/ Issue Tracker Documents

Responsible persons can now access the document(s) shared in the task/issue tracker. It is available as an attachment to the email “Action required: A remediation plan has been assigned to you”.

Training Note

Users can add any related training note in Status. A note category “Training” has been added to the note functionality.

Triage Pending or Actioned?

All triage handling plans except “Mark Third Party As Urgent” will move the entry from Pending tab to Actioned. A confirmation pop up has been added reminding users if the action is sufficient to move the alert to Actioned.
