Related Entities
This tile displays a third party’s related entities, which may include the third party’s subsidiaries, directors, shareholders and more. Consolidating related entities information in your third party dashboard provides insight into your third party relationships and streamlines the process for ordering services for related entities.
There are several ways related entities can be added to the tile:
1. Added by Status users
2. Identified by third parties filling out questionnaires or business cases
3. Identified by Blue Umbrella researchers during the enhanced due diligence process.
Reports are exportable in excel or PDF format and the colour-coded related entity map can be expanded and downloaded.
POWER USER TIP: If a third party identifies related entities when filling out a business case or questionnaire, you can opt to have those related entities added directly to the Related Entities tile on your third party dashboard.
When related entities are directly added to the Related Entities tile, you can conveniently review them in the tile with the rest of the third party’s information on the dashboard, rather than opening questionnaires or due diligence reports to view them.
In monitoring you can check if related entities have hits with a simple click.
