Learn how to edit the primary contact details for a third party.

Primary Contact Information

In this tile you can edit your third party's primary contact details. Status will use these details to send third party interactions, such as questionnaires, code of conduct or other corporate documentation in the third party’s preferred language.

If you order a third party interaction service that is more than 3 days old and you change the primary contact, you will be charged again and a new service will be sent to the new contact.

By clicking on the View History button you can see a log any changes made to the primary contact's details.

You can also add a secondary contact for your account who will be copied on third
party email notifications except those that are password-related. You can use this feature to automatically keep different representatives or team members at your third party up to date.
