Give visibility to internal processes for bringing on new third parties with our onboarding feature.
Onboarding
Onboarding gives visibility to approval processes necessary for bringing on a new third party.
You can:
- Select dates relevant to onboarding, renewal and agreement expiration
- Attach all related documentation, including any reports that have been previously ordered and completed by Blue Umbrella
- Upload any other supporting documents.

Once onboarding is approved, relevant documents can be viewed and downloaded in the tile.

Completed Onboarding Cases can be marked as 'reviewed' or 'under review'
Suggested Workflow for Business Case and Onboarding:

If a third party is automatically approved with conditions, it will
be added to Issue Tracker. The due date within Issue Tracker will default to 3 months from the conditional approval date.
