Delete/Update Secondary Contact Person

Users can now delete and update the third party’s secondary contact information, enabling users to update records. 

Risk Category Appendix

We have added an appendix to the Quick Check and Instant check reports describing the risk categories. Users will have a clear understanding of the finding and categories while reviewing the reports. 

API Scope

We have expanded our extension capabilities. Please contact your CSM representative for more information.

Deactivation and Reactivation of Monitoring 

Users can review old and new monitoring cases within the same hits page if the ongoing monitoring service was previously cancelled/marked as completed. On reactivation, a user can also choose the lookback date. Users can stop services and reactivate them, helping reduce duplicates and make it easier to review results. 

Automation of Monitoring Service on Change of Classification

Users can opt to reactivate the monitoring service if your third party’s classification changed to active for example. Automation of deactivation is also possible. Please contact your CSM representative for more information. 

Monitoring Services

The activation and reactivation of monitoring can be for database monitoring or adverse media services. To learn more about adverse media monitoring, please contact your CSM representative.
