Task/Issue Tracker Dropdowns
Responsible Person: When a user types in a name or email address, a dropdown will show the existing list of responsibilities attributed to the responsible person.

Category and Titles in Task/Issue Tracker
The list of categories and titles can be locked based on user access level.
Questionnaire Scoring Rationale
Status is now able to automatically populate the Questionnaire Score Rationale based on the questionnaire score. To activate the setting, please speak with your CSM.

Business Intelligence
Enhanced search functionality allows you to filter by last classification change date, owner of ordered service or status of tasks/issues (open or closed). To subscribe to Business Intelligence, please speak with your CSM.
