What's New in Status: February 2021

Here are the updates and feature enhancements as of our February update.

Automation Based on Service Completion
Automation is available on the change of classification, mark a service as reviewed and order a service based on a service completion if QC/ DD/ CIQ are completed with or without risk or flags.

Automatic Assignment of Language of Communication
The preferred language of communication for third party interactions can be automatically assigned based on the third party’s country of operations. To implement this option, please provide mapping of the countries to the preferred language.

Archive Proposer
Proposers that are inactive but must be retained for historical reference can now be moved to an ‘archive’ section. This will help keep the portal organized for a better user experience.

BI: Filters
We have added new filters so you can now search better based on:

  • Due dates of service
  • Monitoring category
  • Open and closed tasks and issues
  • Service reviewal date

Default Country Risk for non-CPI listed countries
For countries not listed on the Corruption Perception Index, country risk will be assigned as high risk (8/10) in the Status risk algorithm. The rationale is to bring potential risk from these smaller countries with less readily available information to your attention for a closer review.

Please reach out to your Client Success Manager if you have questions on the new functionality described above.
