Here are the updates and feature enhancements as of our December update.
Downloading Reports
Status users can download full reports including full company third party profile details and services with a single click.
Merge Duplicated Third Parties Into One
If your database has multiple entries of the same third parties, users can now merge duplicated third parties into a single record, ensuring a clean database.
Bulk Upload: Main/Urgent Third Parties
While using the bulk upload feature, a Status user can mark a third party as urgent or main from the imported file. Please download the new bulk upload template.
Customized Reminders
The set perimeters of reminders are now customizable. Users can now set different frequency reminders whenever they deem necessary.
BI: Recertification
Users are able to set up auto renewals or set reminders for recertification by clicking on the “Bulk Recertification” button available on our Business Intelligence templates.
