What's New in Status: April 2021

Here are the updates and feature enhancements as of our April update.

Third-Party Interactions: Change in Default View
The third-party interaction title will show ongoing services by default. If there are no ongoing services, users will see previous service history by default.

Task-7043

Title: Issue vs Task 

With this update, the titles can be segregated by issue or task. For example: If a user selects an issue, they will get a list of titles pertaining to that issue (or issues).

Advanced Search: Multiselect Dropdown  

The advanced search will allow users to select multiple options within the same search criteria for more specific results. The Or logic will apply to the search criteria.

Recertification Trigger 

Recertification workflows can now be triggered by service report dates.

BI Filters by Task/Issue Status

Here users will have the ability to filter by task/issue status. Filter by which third parties have open, closed or no tasks/issues.
