Completed business cases through the Business Case Justification workflow are displayed under COMPLETED. The reviewed cases will be under COMPLETED REVIEWED as shown below.

Task/Issue Tracker
The content description in Task/Issue tracker can now be edited by the compliance user. The finding of an issue or task is prepopulated into the pop up when added to task/issue tracker and this content can now be fully edited or amended.

Triage
Third parties can be marked as URGENT on a case by case basis or in a bulk action. In either case, they will be added to Triage.

Automation: Case Owner Management
Status can now auto-assign case owners based on the nature of business and business unit.

Monitoring
Current monitoring cases can be filtered by criteria and then exported to Excel.

Risk Algorithm – Customization
The list of fields to be scored has been expanded to include all non-free text fields from Third-Party Information, Additional Client Fields and Questions. The weighting and mapping of the total risk % and risk level can be customized depending on your preference.

Business Intelligence
Added search capability has been updated for users to search by third party name and UID.
