New Filter on Monitoring
For both database and adverse media monitoring users can now filter by theatre. This will help streamline searches by making it easier to search by third parties' regions.
Updated Search Capabilities
To help you find what you’re looking for we have updated our search capabilities: you can now search empty fields, for example those with no case owner, and make bulk updates or export the list.
Business Intelligence
To help manage third-party lifecycles, users can now search by third-party name, including former name and trade name. Trade name and former name have also been added to the Business Intelligence table and export functionality.
Primary Contact Visibility
To provide greater transparency users can now link a third-party primary contact person to a third-party interaction service. This allows users to see which service the primary contact person is responsible for. For example, John Smith is the primary contact person of the Privacy Policy Questionnaire.
