Primary Contact Visibility
To provide greater transparency users can now link a third-party primary contact person to a third-party interaction service. This allows users to see which service the primary contact person is responsible for. For example, John Smith is the primary contact person of the Privacy Policy Questionnaire.

Multiple Documents to Primary Contact
To improve efficiency and reduce costs users can now send multiple questionnaires and code of conduct to the third-party primary contact person within the same interaction.

Risk Category Dashboard
The monitoring risk category dashboard is automatically updated based on user’s decision. For example, if all hits with Government Connections related risk are marked as not relevant, the dashboard will not display hits related to Government Connections.

Business Intelligence
To easily see the relevant risk categories the monitoring average no. of hits dashboard will automatically update based on user’s decision. For example, the user can select the risk categories that are not relevant and the dashboard will not display those categories.
