  1. Note expand view
    Users can now view more logs while expanding the note tile.

    Users can now view the risk % along with the risk level on Status.

  4. Research UBO as an add-on
    Users can opt to add UBO to their DD scope by selecting “Beneficial Ownership Due Diligence”. Please contact your Client Success Manager Representative to learn more about the service.

  5. Notes and Reviewal Status
    Users can now add notes (optional) while reviewing the service and/or findings.

  6. Hyperlinked notes
    Users can now be directed to the case or the finding if a note has been added to a DD/ QC/ CIQ service.

  7. Updated monitoring hits
    Users who subscribed to managed monitoring can now view the changes between old and new Mon hits, if there is an update. Please contact your Client Success Manager Representative to learn more about Managed Monitoring.

    An entry will be logged in triage if the recertification of the business case is scheduled with no proposer information.

    Users can now mark a questionnaire which is pending follow-up as completed while providing more details.

  10. Statistics: Less mandatory fields
    Users can now export 3P details from Statistics without selecting the “Service Scope” and “Status”.
