Task/ Issue Tracker Tile

The task/ issue tracker allows now the “responsible person” to access the assigned task/ issue and action it whether replying to the action plan, attaching documents, or adding participants.

Requests Dashboard

Users can now view a consolidated dashboard of any pending and completed task/issue, business case, onboarding, or document attestation. A user can action it as a responsible/ tagged person, proposer or approver or recipient of the document attestation from this tab. Please contact your Client Success Manager to learn more.

Attachments Under Document Upload

Users can easily access any attachments from the different services and workflows under Document Upload tile. Attachments from the questionnaire, business case, task/issue tracker etc. will be automatically centralized on the third-party dashboard.

Questionnaire Average Turnaround Time

Users are now introduced to a new graph on Questionnaire Business Intelligence page “Average turnaround time.” Click on the information icon to learn more about the graph.

For an improved user experience, we have added a divider to any chart graph with any significant gap between the values.

Contracting Entity

We have replaced “Business Unit” field under contract management with “Contracting Entity.” All previous values are visible in the new field.
