What's New in Status: June 2026
1. Enhanced Intake Page Management
Compliance users with appropriate access can now manage entities added via the intake page. For entities flagged as potential duplicates or stuck in processing, users can: add as a new third party, merge with an existing record, or delete it. Please contact your Client Success Manager Representative to enable it.

2. Sent To & Signed By Export
Users can now export the “Sent To” and “Signed By” fields from Statistics and My Services tile on the home page, enabling improved reporting and analysis

3. Country Tier Visibility
Users can now view the country tier associated with the main service and any add-ons (e.g. subsequent jurisdiction) directly on the confirmation page.

4. Instant Check / Quick Check – No Results View
A new “no results found” page is now displayed on the report when a search returns no matches in Instant Check or Quick Check.

5. Deactivated Users Visibility
Deactivated users are now clearly labeled on the platform, making it easier to distinguish between active and deactivated users.

6. Email Forwarding for Deactivated Users
Super users can now forward email notifications previously associated with deactivated users to ensure no alerts are missed.
