What's New in Status: July 2025

  1. Text format on Task / Issue Tracker
    Users can now enjoy more functionalities while adding summaries and comments to the task / issue tracker like changing the text format and count of the used characters.

  2. New primary contact person on follow up
    Users can add and replace the primary contact person if a follow up is sent to the third party. Users can also assign new users even if the questionnaire is completed.

  3. Notify others on task / issue tracker:
    Users included on the “Notify Others” will now be cc’ed in all task / issue tracker notifications.

  4. Export monitoring decision categories
    Users can now export the no. of hits per decision category from Statistic page.

  5. Cancel recertification
    Users can now cancel the scheduled recertification from the third party dashboard.

  6. Automate change of classification
    Clients can opt to automate the change of classification on the completion of the code of conduct by the third party. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to configure.

  7. Search by 3P reference
    Users can now quickly search on my third parties page by the third party reference.
    You can simply select the field and enter the keywords.

  8. Edit third party information
    Users can now bulk edit/add the third party information by clicking on the pencil on the right corner of the third party information tile.

  9. Terminology update on the risk tile
    We have updated the terminology of one of the risk categories from Issue Tracker / Monitoring to Issue Tracker. The monitoring hits will continue to be included on the risk algorithm if the findings are added to the task/issue tracker as an Issue.

  10. Merge proposer, secondary and primary contact persons
    Users can now select the proposer, primary and secondary contact persons while merging the third parties.
