  1. Saved Questionnaire Responses
    Users can now view questionnaire responses saved by the third party. To access saved responses, open the relevant case and click the Questionnaire icon within the case details.

  2. Case Owner Notifications in Triage
    Case owners can now receive notifications for the triage entries. To enable this feature, please contact your Client Success Representative.

  3. Notifications for Third-Party Interactions
    Clients, including secondary contacts, can now choose how they receive notifications related to third-party interactions: be CC’d on all interaction emails, or receive a single consolidated daily email summarizing status change (if applicable). To update your notification preferences, please contact your Client Success Representative.

    Back buttons have been added to various status pages to improve navigation and user experience.

    Users can now view and search for cancelled cases directly from the My Third Parties page.
