Assigning Third-Party Interaction Documents to Another User

To reduce the turn-around time for document completion, a third-party primary user can now assign any third-party interaction service including Questionnaire, Code of Conduct, or Retrieval Corporate Documents to the appropriate contact person through the third-party UI.

Recertified Services

Users can now easily distinguish from the service scope column and filters if the ongoing or completed third-party interaction service is new or a recertified service on BI pages. We have also enhanced the BI advanced search to filter recertified services.

How to Edit Approver on Submitted Business Case

We have improved the Business Case workflow experience to allow users to edit the approver details, if the business case has not been approved/cancelled.
