How to Merge Third Parties with Additional Client Fields

Users can now select any Additional Client Fields (ACF) to include for a third-party profile when merging the third parties with ACF, on the Merge Third Parties page.

Reviewing History Logs for Changes in Review Status

We have improved history logs to increase visibility for changes on any Review Status. Now users can see the previous and updated review status changes, for flagged questions, hits, tiles, monitoring cases, among others, on the Log Page.

Reviewing History Logs for Changes in Notes and Task/Issue Tracker

We have added logs to capture previous and new value for changes in Notes and Task/Issue Tacker to increase visibility, to make sure nothing is missed. Now users can see the history log and values on Log Page, when a change, or deletion happens on Notes and Task/Issue Tracker field(s).

Displaying CPI Score for Country Used in Risk Calculation

We have enhanced the Risk Tile to show CPI score used to calculate risk, if a third-party has multiple countries of services. Users can see the lowest CPI score on UI for the country of operation or services. To learn more about Risk Setting, contact your CSM representative.
