As the year ends, we are still continuously updating our features to offer the best customer experience for our users. Please continue reading to see the newest updates for December 2021.

BI: Recertification Filters 

Status users are now able to filter their search within business intelligence even more than before by recertified service and timeline.

BI: Flags by Questionnaire 

Users can now view and download the no. of flags from the Questionnaire BI template.

Due Diligence: Score 

The DD score field within the due diligence tile is now unlocked and available for users to edit and add the score when required. 

Monitoring and Due Diligence tile-scenario order monitoring service but no service from DD and verification group and enter a DD score- Highlight the DD score

Monitoring: View Only 

You can now choose to have a dedicated monitoring only user, instant check only user or monitoring and instant check user or a user who has access to all Status pages. Please contact your client success manager to enable or change the settings.
