Code of Conduct

A Blue Umbrella Code of Conduct will be uploaded by default, but you may upload your own code of conduct. Please speak to your Client Success Manager for details.

To send a Code of Conduct to a third party, click the shopping cart in the tile or select “Order”. Then follow the order instructions and provide the third party’s Primary Contact details.

The Primary Contact will be sent login details to access a third party user interface. This interface does not provide any of your private data but allows them to enter the requested information and/or upload documents.

 

POWER USER TIP: You can resend logins or update the Primary Contact for any third party interaction service.

If you order a third party interaction service that is more than 3 days old and you change the Primary Contact, you will be charged again and a new service will be sent to the new contact.
