What's New in Status: August 2020

Here are the highlights of the most recent changes and updates to Status

  • Additional client fields - multi-select: You can now enable a multi-select dropdown in additional client fields.
  • Improvements to task/issue tracker: Now you can select whether or not to notify the person responsible for a task or issue. Also, you can reopen closed tasks or issues and edit them.
  • Cancel Follow-up Requests: Follow-up requests can now be cancelled. They are colour-coded to indicate whether they are pending, cancelled or completed.
  • Stop automation for third parties: As third parties can be added to Status by different means, automations can be initiated or not depending on the original source of the third party.
  • Time zone per user: We have added a drop down in the Log page to change the time zone from the default of HKT (Hong Kong Time). 
  • Task Management and Review: Now users can mark any service, hit, risk or flag as 'reviewed' or 'under review'.
  • Terminology change: The term 'Watchlist' will now be used instead of 'Blacklist' on the page and in classifications.  
  • Option to resend emails: You now have the option to resend emails if the original email failed at the Triage stage.
  • Report and Download Date for Shared Report: Users can see the report date and download date for industry questionnaires.
