Statistics

The Statistics section allows you to select a specific time period and then view data related to your cases and Blue Umbrella services.

• Received Cases – due diligence or Blue Umbrella report requests
• Ongoing Cases – ongoing monitoring
• Completed Cases – completed reports
• Pending Cases – reports in progress
• Cancelled Cases – reports that have been cancelled before completion
• Billed To – either client (internal) or third party
• Cases with Risks or Potential Risks – reports with identified risks
• Questionnaire and Due Diligence Scores - data fields are now exportable 

To export data to Excel, click “Select Fields”, select all desired data fields, then click “Export”.

POWER USER TIP: You can also save a combination of fields as a search query, such as all services ordered for your Active third parties. Once you click a saved search query, all relevant fields will be ticked automatically, allowing you to quickly export information without manually ticking the boxes you need each time.
