Watchlist Feature
Learn how to use the Watchlist feature in Status.
The Watchlist feature allows you to build a customized list of entities, warning your compliance team that should a third party that has been placed on the watchlist be proposed to enter your third party universe, attempt to re-engage or any services be ordered. With the Watchlist feature, you can add existing third parties already in Status to the list individually or by bulk, or add a new entity name without creating a full third party profile to warn the compliance user should the third party be added by another team member individually or by bulk directly into Status, through Third Party Intake or integration.
- To add a record, go to the Settings tab & select Watchlist
- Click on ADD A NEW RECORD button
- Fill all the details and click on submit
- Click on 'CONFIRM'
- The new record will be added to the watchlist .
The Watchlist can be exported by selecting the 'EXPORT' button or click on the history icon to view the watchlist history.
You can also click on 'View' to go to the third party dashboard of the entity.
The third party classification can be changed to 'Watchlist ' from the third party dashboard, from the Watchlist tab (in Settings) or in Business Intelligence.
The Watchlist feature has access rights, so you can control who can add, edit or view the list. Additionally, we will warn a user who is attempting to order services that an entity has been classified as Watchlist.
Note: If the classification of a third party is changed to Watchlist ,then any ongoing automations will be stopped.
